Surrogate Intake Timeline:

Yes! It really is 1-5 days and as easy as it sounds!

Day 1:

1. Fill out our online application HERE.

2. Login to your Medical Portal and retrieve all of your OB and Birth medical records. You can also call your Doctor to get them.

3. Ensure that you fill out all paperwork that is sent from our Intake Manager, Alexandra.

4. Your medical records will be reviewed to see if you meet the requirements of the IVF Doctors.

5. You will have an intake meeting with Alexandra, and she will discuss the ups and downs of the surrogacy process with you. This will ensure you understand the total commitment required to be a surrogate.

Day 2:

1. Once Alexandra completes her intake process, you will be presented to our Client Relations Specialists, who will present your profile to potential Intended Parents.

2. Since our list of Potential Intended Parents is long, our Client Relations Specialists will determine who will be a good match for you and present your profile to them.

Day 3:

1. You will have a match meeting with Intended Parents that match your criteria.

2. Now it's time to get ready for medical screening and contracts.
