Conceptual Options (“CO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to keeping any and all personal information (“Information”) collected from those individuals that visit our website and mobile app (collectively, the “site”) and make use of our online facilities and services accurate, confidential, secure and private. Our privacy policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with Conceptual Options of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet but to exceed most existing privacy standards.

This Privacy Policy Agreement shall apply to Conceptual Options and all of its affiliated websites and mobile applications, and thus it shall govern any and all data collection and usage thereof. THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS EFFECTIVE AS OF 05/25/2018 and intends to comply with the GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation, a major new piece of European regulation that addresses how EU citizens’ data can be used by corporations, introducing strict new rules around gaining people’s consent to process their data. It was approved by the European Parliament in April 2016, and it’s finally coming into effect in May 2018. GDPR furnishes Europeans with a number of additional rights when it comes to their data.

CONSENT TO COLLECTION In order to use Conceptual Options site, you must affirmatively consent to our Privacy Policy. Our legal basis for collecting and processing your Information is your explicit consent when accessing the Services and our legitimate interest in website traffic analysis. All photos, videos, and captions uploaded by you belongs to you. We will never use or share your content without your consent.

Conceptual Options process and uses Information as follows:

Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this site.


All users and/or visitors to our site have the option to discontinue receiving communication from us and/or reserve the right to discontinue receiving communications by way of email or newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe to our site please send an email that you wish to unsubscribe to info@conceptualoptions.com.


Our site may contain links to affiliate and other websites. Conceptual Options does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. The aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by our site.


Conceptual Options shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.

Conceptual Options is based in the United States, hosts your Information in the United States, and processes your Information in the United States. Transfers of Information to the United States to will be protected by contractual means and prevailing industry standards.
