In a bold move, Walmart has partnered with KindBody in order for their employees to have coverage for fertility, IVF, and surrogacy. With their partnership, employees will have the ability to access providers across the country, including access to their new IVF clinic in Rogers, Arkansas.
Kim Lupo, senior vice president, Walmart Global Total Rewards, stated that this allows Walmart to provide coverage and support for their employees in their family planning journey.
