In a time when there is so much uncertainty in the world, one thing we can always rely upon is family and the family that we choose to create our lives around – no matter who they are or how they came to be, including surrogacy and egg donation. At Conceptual Options, we have been creating families for over 20 years for every type of family, and we want to take this time to celebrate those families all over the world that are now being recognized and equal – specifically, same sex couples and the stigma that they deal with on a daily basis. Although the journey continues for all families, we are in a much better place in this world than we were 10 years ago for family building for everyone – whether single, same sex couples, including two dads or two moms, as well as heterosexual couples. We are not about discrimination, but instead we are about inclusivity – we want all families to have the ability to create their family in the manner they choose that is best for their family – Surrogacy, Egg Donation, Sperm Donation, IVF, PGD, and all other ART procedures.

Furthermore, we want to celebrate the recent hard-won battle in Taiwan – the first country in Asia to permit same sex gay marriage! And, as National Pride month continues, take a moment to remember how far we have come and how far we have yet to go.
