Couple and Children

Rebecca Jarvis, ABC News’ chief business, technology and economics correspondent, has detailed in a candid article about her struggles with infertility and her journey to a son via surrogacy.  She and her husband spent ten years struggling to create her family.  In fact, she underwent 7 IVF cycles to finally get pregnant with her daughter, Isabella.

When it came time to try for a sibling, Rebecca’s doctors could still not explain why she lost another baby at 5 months of pregnancy.  Surrogacy was her best way forward according to her doctors.  And, although reluctantly at first, Rebecca and her husband decided to pursue surrogacy to become a family of four.
