Conceptual Options is committed to ensuring that our Staff, Surrogates, Egg Donors, and Intended Parents are safe and free from additional exposure due to Covid-19 when working with us. With most states slowly re-opening to our “new normal,” we at Conceptual Options are making the health and safety of everyone a priority by following the guidelines set forth by various agencies as follows:
ACOG American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology
We will continue to monitor any changes in the guidelines to make certain we are ready to adopt them as necessary. To be more specific, we are currently following the below protocols at this time:
Your Surrogacy Journey or Your Egg Donation Journey: As IVF clinics around the country continue to open for treatment, we will monitor any guidelines required at each clinic to ensure that the parties are safe and protected before commencing treatment.
Your Fertility Clinic & Physician: Each IVF Clinic will have their own specific protocols that may affect your cycle. We will work with you to determine these protocols so that the parties can be prepared for the start of any cycles with the least amount of risk.
Our Office Protocol: While we have currently paused seeing clients in our office due to the nationwide uptick in Covid-19 cases, we intend to resume office appointments in the near future. Hopefully as restrictions are lifted, we will amend this policy according to the guidelines listed above.
Zoom, Skype, Facetime, We Chat Options: At Conceptual Options we want to ensure that our Surrogates, Intended Parents, and Egg Donors feel safe when they contact our office and staff, including those who are looking to become new members of our Conceptual Options’ family. While we are available for in office meetings (see above), we have video capabilities that allow us to communicate with you face to-face.
